Most reply-rate problems are targeting problems wearing a copy problem's clothes. A message that lands wrong on the right person is fixable in an afternoon. The same message on the wrong person is unfixable at any price, and it is the more common failure by a wide margin. This is the service that removes that variable: a list built to your ICP at the moment you order it, not exported from a warehouse somebody filled last year.

What we mean by "ICP" on the order form

Not a persona document. A filter set — the concrete predicates that decide whether a given human is on the list or not. When you send us a paragraph, this is what we turn it into, and we send it back for approval before anything is built:

• Role and seniority — the actual title strings and their variants, plus the seniority band, because "Head of Growth" and "VP Marketing" are the same buyer at different company sizes and different buyers at the same one.
• Function — which department the budget sits in, separated from the title, so you catch the right person under an unusual title.
• Headcount band and growth signal — company size, plus whether they are hiring into the function you sell to. A team that just posted three roles in the department has a budget conversation open.
• Industry and geography — with the exclusions written down, which is the half most list briefs leave out and then complain about.
• Tenure in role — someone ninety days into the job is rebuilding the stack; someone six years in is defending it. Both are targetable, but not with the same message.
• Boolean and exclusion sets — current customers, current pipeline, competitors, and anything on your do-not-contact list.

How the emails get verified

Three checks, in order, and each one removes a different failure:

1. MX — does the domain accept mail at all? Kills dead domains and parked ones before anything else runs.
2. SMTP — does the specific mailbox exist? This is the check that separates a guessed pattern from a real address.
3. Catch-all detection — does the domain accept everything, so SMTP says yes to any address? Those are flagged rather than silently passed, because a catch-all "valid" is not a valid address, it is an unanswered question.

Anything that bounces anyway is replaced free within 14 days. Send the bounce log and we backfill to the ordered count.

What a list cannot do for you

A list is fuel. It does not decide whether the offer is right, it does not write the message, and it does not answer the replies.
